Insurance premiums are to be paid via the Paysera payment platform. Payment collections are facilitated with more than 10 000 local and foreign banks, and with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards. Payments can also be made via international payment systems, in cash and directly via Paysera.
All the premiums are transferred to a specially designated bank account which is operated according to Lithuanian Bank requirements. Account no. LT58 7300 0100 8556 0481, bank AB „Swedbank. AZA Insurance then passes ono the premium to Lloyd’s.

We will reimburse you that proportion of the paid premium representing the period of time from the date of cancellation to the natural expiry of the Policy Period calculated on a pro-rata basis. Please note that no return premium can be made if you have made a “claim” notification under the policy.
Notice of a claim, or of circumstances which may result in a claim, should be made in writing by email to claims@azainsurance.com. You should give written notice of any claim as soon as practicable and include all the relevant details of the claim or circumstance.
We will contact you within 3 working days to inform you of the next steps in the claims handling process. In certain situations an external lawyer or agent may be appointed to assist the insurer in handling the claim.
